Job Responsibilities
- BIM Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate and implement BIM processes.
- Assist in developing and maintaining BIM project execution plans based on industry best practices.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure BIM standards are met.
- Model Development and Management:
- Create and manage accurate 3D models using industry-standard BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit).
- Ensure consistency and completeness of BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with design and construction teams to incorporate design changes into the BIM models.
- Clash Detection and Issue Resolution:
- Conduct clash detection analysis to identify and resolve conflicts within BIM models.
- Collaborate with project teams to address and resolve issues promptly.
- Generate comprehensive reports and documentation related to clash detection and issue resolution.
- Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to project team members on BIM tools and processes.
- Contribute to the development of educational materials for internal training programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of BIM concepts and processes.
- Familiarity with BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or equivalent tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced construction environment.
