What You Get To Do
- Apply customer payments across checks, ACH, wires, credit cards, and lockbox activity
- Research and resolve discrepancies, short pays, overpayments, and unapplied cash
- Reconcile daily deposits, batches, and assist with month-end AR close
- Support progress billing and construction-style payment processes
- Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely cash posting
- Contribute to cash app automation/improvement initiatives
- Strong Cash Applications experience (AR must be your primary background)
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, or progress billing required/preferred
- Ability to handle complex and high-volume customer payments
- High attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently
