Position Overview
The L2 Assets Coordinator is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of company assets. This includes maintaining accurate records, coordinating asset movements, supporting procurement processes, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors to ensure assets are properly allocated, maintained, and disposed of in accordance with company policies.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset registers and inventory records.
- Coordinate the receipt, tagging, allocation, movement, and disposal of assets.
- Monitor asset conditions and initiate maintenance or replacement as needed.
- Liaise with procurement, finance, IT, and logistics teams to support asset management processes.
- Track warranty, lease, and maintenance agreements for applicable assets.
- Conduct regular audits and physical asset verification to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and deliver asset-related reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide support for asset-related queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in process improvements to optimize asset management and tracking.
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in asset coordination, inventory management, or related roles.
