Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Support Officer (FSO) based in Dayton, OH. The FSO will be responsible for ensuring compliance with security protocols, coordinating with government agencies, and managing classified documents and secure facilities. Responsibilities include enforcing security policies and standards, conducting audits, managing training programs, and maintaining records. The individual will also support the engineering and testing teams by ensuring compliance with security clearance requirements and providing guidance on information and physical security matters.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of security protocols, classified information handling, and regulatory compliance
- Experience with managing secure facilities, conducting audits, and implementing security policies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for training, reporting, and corresponding with government agencies
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion
- Familiarity with hypersonic technology, defense systems, or aerospace is a plus
- Eligibility for a high-level U.S. security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
