- Expertly tend to all open wounds, including changing, cleansing, and dressing with precision.
- Complete all necessary admission paperwork meticulously and document residents' care comprehensively.
- Provide unwavering support and guidance to residents and their families.
- Diligently monitor residents' wound status and administer essential medication or treatments as needed.
- Adhere strictly to our rigorous infection-control policies, ensuring the safety of both residents and our dedicated team.
- Ensure the delivery of top-quality care by upholding our facility's standards and care protocols.
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality regulations.
- A valid RN or LPN license in the State of New York.
