Key Responsibilities
- Partner with facility leadership to oversee daily nursing operations
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and regulatory requirements
- Provide clinical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to nursing staff
- Manage staffing levels and scheduling to ensure quality care and minimize overtime
- Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and compassionate care
- Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and retention of nursing staff
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment
