Adroit Care Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse Supervisor to help lead our nursing team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our nursing leadership and ensuring the highest standards of resident care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with daily department operations.
- Ensure nursing staff follow job descriptions, facility policies, and regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in surveys, audits, and inspections as needed.
- Conduct daily rounds to maintain exceptional care and nursing standards.
- Active RN license in the State of New Jersey.
- Minimum 2 years of progressive nursing experience in Long Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), or Nursing Home setting.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
