Position: Recreation Aide

Location: Rochelle Park, New Jersey

Shift: Full-Time | Days/Evenings | Every Other Weekend

Salary: $16 - $17 per hour

Chateau Rehab and Nursing Center is seeking a compassionate and energetic Recreation Aide to join our team full-time. If you enjoy working with older adults and have a passion for creating engaging and meaningful experiences, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead stimulating group activities such as cognitive games, fitness classes, and recreational programs
• Assist with planning and coordinating monthly events, celebrations, and holiday activities
• Develop resident-centered activities tailored to individual interests and abilities
• Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all residents
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Energetic, enthusiastic, and creative with a passion for working with people
• Previous experience with geriatric or adult populations preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Friendly, compassionate, and team-oriented personality
