Key Responsibilities:
- Lead stimulating group activities such as cognitive games, fitness classes, and recreational programs
- Assist with planning and coordinating monthly events, celebrations, and holiday activities
- Develop resident-centered activities tailored to individual interests and abilities
- Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all residents
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of nursing home experience preferred
- Experience working with geriatric or adult populations strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency required
- Experience with Microsoft Office and PointClickCare preferred
