Shift: Part-Time 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Pay Rate: Up to $53 per hour

Adroit Care Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our overnight nursing team. This role is essential in supporting nursing leadership and ensuring exceptional resident care in a long-term care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with daily nursing department operations
• Ensure nursing staff adhere to job descriptions, facility policies, and all regulatory requirements
• Participate in state surveys, audits, and inspections as needed
• Conduct routine rounds to maintain high standards of nursing care and resident safety
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the State of New Jersey
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), or Nursing Home setting
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
