Position: RN Supervisor

Shift: Full Time | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Salary: $105,000 per year

OPTIMA CARE HARBORVIEW is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Supervisor to lead our overnight nursing team. If you’re a strong clinical leader with a passion for delivering exceptional resident care, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with daily nursing operations.
• Ensure nursing staff follow job descriptions, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in surveys, audits, and inspections as needed.
• Conduct daily rounds to uphold high-quality care and nursing standards.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the State of New Jersey.
• Minimum 2 years of progressive nursing experience in LTC, SNF, or Nursing Home settings.
• Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
