Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver respiratory therapy and ventilator management in accordance with AdaptHealth’s policies and procedures.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to guide treatment planning.
- Work closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to implement individualized care plans.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and caregivers.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and patient progress.
- Valid, unrestricted Respiratory Therapist license in the state of Florida
- Graduate of an accredited two-year Respiratory Therapy program
- Current CRT or RRT certification
- Proven experience with ventilator care and respiratory treatments
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize patient safety and outcomes
