Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Implement individualized care plans based on resident needs
- Perform wound care and other clinical procedures
- Monitor and document resident conditions, observations, and interventions
- Order necessary medications, supplies, and equipment
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide optimal care
- Active LPN license in the State of New Jersey
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
