Job Title: Receptionist (PRN 8a-8p)

Facility: Alliance Care Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

Pay Rate: $15.92/hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a personable and professional Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our facility and is responsible for ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors, residents, and staff. The ideal candidate will manage incoming calls, provide information, and direct visitors as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct calls, take messages, and provide facility information to callers.
• Greet and assist visitors, directing them to the appropriate office or resident room.
• Monitor visitor sign-in process and access to the facility, ensuring security protocols.
• Operate the facility's paging and phone system to locate personnel and manage communication.
• Provide communication assistance for residents without personal phones.
• Offer hospitality to visitors waiting for administrative personnel.
• Maintain updated records of residents, key personnel, and emergency contacts.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and ensure resident confidentiality.
• Monitor presence of sales representatives in the facility.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to make independent decisions when needed.
• Knowledge of computer systems and office equipment.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
