What You’ll Do:
- Deliver High-Quality Care: Provide direct, resident-centered nursing aligned with individualized care plans.
- Coordinate & Communicate: Partner with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and families to achieve the best outcomes.
- Monitor Resident Wellbeing: Assess, document, and respond to changes in residents’ conditions.
- Administer Medications & Treatments: Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient medication management and interventions.
- Promote a Safe Environment: Maintain compliance with infection control and regulatory standards.
- Lead with Compassion: Mentor and support CNAs, fostering a positive and professional team culture.
- Active RN license in the state of New York
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
