- Support the planning and delivery of recreational programs and activities.
- Assist residents in engaging with social, creative, and physical activities.
- Help organize events designed to promote wellbeing and social interaction.
- Ensure a safe and positive environment for all participants.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be able to understand and communicate effectively in English.
- Strong team player with the ability to work well with others.
- Empathetic and supportive of residents and their families.
- Nursing home experience preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred.
- Familiarity with PCC (PointClickCare) is a plus.
