• 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay Rate: $16-$18 per hour

Position Summary

Boca Circle Rehabilitation Center is seeking a friendly, dependable Part-Time Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and professional environment while ensuring all reception and clerical functions are completed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming calls promptly
• Perform daily reception and clerical duties in a timely manner
• Support all levels of management as needed
• Maintain a calm, organized, and welcoming front desk environment
• Uphold the facility’s core values of compassion, honesty, authenticity, innovation, diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management
  
  
  

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of clerical or receptionist experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, kind, and well-spoken
• Comfortable working flexible shifts as needed
• Nursing home or healthcare experience preferred, but not required
