Job Opportunity: Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant - PRN

Facility: Bedrock Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Winter Park

Location: Lakeland, Florida

Pay Rate: $35 - $37 per hour

Shift: PRN

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Physical Therapist in delivering safe and effective therapy sessions.
• Adhere to departmental policies, including a professional dress code, to maintain a positive and respectful environment.
• Ensure resident safety by following strict safety protocols and infection control measures.
• Keep the therapy area clean, organized, and stocked with essential equipment.
• Promptly report any hazardous conditions or faulty equipment for timely resolution.
• Utilize personal protective equipment as needed for safety when handling bodily fluids.
• Immediately notify your supervisor of any missing or unclear labels or safety data sheets (SDSs).
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Current, unrestricted license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant in Florida.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a nursing home or rehabilitation setting.
