Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on residents’ functional goals.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve independence in daily living activities.
- Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care.
- Assist residents recovering from illness, injury, or disability in maximizing their functional potential.
- Promote a positive, respectful, and resident-centered care environment.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current and active Florida Occupational Therapist license
- Clear/active license and Level 2 background screening
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred
