Location: Long Beach, New York

Shift: Full-Time | 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Salary: $42-$44 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and design individualized therapy plans tailored to residents’ needs and goals.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions that promote independence in daily living.
• Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with a skilled multidisciplinary team to ensure residents receive the highest quality care.
• Support residents recovering from illness, injury, or disability with personalized rehabilitation services.
• Maintain accurate documentation and safeguard resident confidentiality.
• Create a positive, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents and families.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active New York State Occupational Therapist license.
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred, but not required.
