Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the DON and ADON to oversee daily nursing operations in accordance with facility policies and state/federal regulations
- Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff to maintain the highest standards of care and professionalism
- Conduct routine rounds to monitor resident well-being and staff performance
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and positivity
- Assist with state surveys, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives
- Active Florida RN or LPN license (RN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Compassionate, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence in resident care
