Live Oak Healthcare and Rehabilitation is looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Assistant to help keep our facility safe, clean, and in excellent condition. This role ensures our residents, staff, and visitors enjoy a comfortable and well-maintained environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily repairs and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, and more.
• Safely operate tools and equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and address minor repairs.
• Maintain HVAC systems, including regular filter changes.
• Support overall facility upkeep to ensure safety and compliance.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with basic hand and power tools.
• Hands-on skills in carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, flooring, and painting.
• Ability to perform snow removal and grounds maintenance as needed.
