- Lead fun and stimulating group activities, including cognitive games, fitness classes, and recreational programs
- Assist in planning and coordinating monthly events, celebrations, and holiday parties
- Develop and organize resident-specific activities based on interests and abilities
- Ensure resident safety at all times while maintaining a respectful and confidential environment
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and creative with a love for working with people
- Previous experience working with geriatric or adult populations preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Compassionate team player with a friendly and outgoing personality
