Facility: Live Oak Healthcare and Rehabilitation

- 7 AM–7 PM
- 7 PM–7 AM Schedule: Alternating weekends and holidays
Key Responsibilities
As an LPN, you will:
- Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and adherence to medical standards.
- Create and implement personalized care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
- Perform medical procedures, including wound care, with skill and empathy.
- Document resident care thoroughly and accurately, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Protect confidentiality and uphold resident rights under HIPAA guidelines.
- Valid LPN license in the State of Florida.
- Preferred experience in Skilled Nursing.
