Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and healthcare providers
• Monitor, assess, and document residents’ health status, responding promptly to any changes
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and update resident care plans
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation
• Promote a positive, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and their families
  
  
  

Requirements

• Current and valid Florida LPN license
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment
