Key Responsibilities
- Administer and accurately record medications and treatments in compliance with policies and regulations.
- Prepare for and assist physicians, nurse practitioners, and other medical staff with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
- Observe and document patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and general condition, reporting changes promptly to the appropriate individuals.
- Deliver high-quality care and support in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment to enhance patient care.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned, ensuring the highest standards of care are met.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Florida.
- Current CPR certification is required.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or a similar healthcare setting.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to provide patient-centered care.
