Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate daily care including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, and other activities of daily living
- Assist residents safely with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to ensure comfort and dignity
- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents and staff
- Accurately document resident care, observations, and progress to support quality care and communication
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident needs and requests
- Work collaboratively with nurses and the healthcare team to deliver outstanding resident care
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Florida
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to caregiving
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Prior nursing home or long-term care experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and empathy
