Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Monitor, measure, and accurately document vital signs
- Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff promptly
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Provide respectful, compassionate care in accordance with care plans and facility policies
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting
- Strong compassion and patient-centered care approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic computer skills for electronic documentation
