Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and accurately document medications and treatments in accordance with policies and regulations.
- Assist physicians, nurse practitioners, and other medical staff with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
- Observe and report changes in residents’ vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition.
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care based on individualized care plans and physician orders.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment to enhance resident care.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, upholding the highest standards of care.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Valid LPN license in the state of Florida.
- Current CPR certification.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or similar healthcare settings.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team (RNs, CNAs, physicians, therapists).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
