Key Responsibilities

• Manage and accurately order prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment.
• Provide personalized care aligned with each resident’s individualized care plan.
• Perform nursing procedures, including wound care, treatments, and other essential duties.
• Maintain thorough and precise documentation of resident observations and care outcomes.
• Uphold resident privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN license in the State of New Jersey.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care is preferred, but not required.
