Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with facility leadership to oversee daily nursing operations
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and regulatory requirements
- Provide strong clinical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to nursing staff
- Manage staffing schedules to maintain quality care while minimizing overtime
- Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and compassionate care
- Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of nursing team members
- Monitor resident care plans and ensure clinical excellence across the unit
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
- Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and team-building abilities
- Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
