Responsibilities:
- Order prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment as needed to support resident care.
- Follow designated care plans tailored to each resident’s individual needs.
- Perform assigned nursing duties including wound care, treatments, and procedures with precision and compassion.
- Accurately document all observations, interventions, and evaluations related to resident care.
- Uphold confidentiality and respect the rights of residents, families, staff, and facility information in compliance with HIPAA policies.
- Valid LPN license in the State of Florida.
- Prior experience working in a nursing home setting is required.
