Key Responsibilities
- Resident Care: Administer medications, treatments, and supplies with accuracy and compassion.
- Care Planning: Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet residents’ unique needs.
- Clinical Expertise: Provide wound care, treatments, and other nursing procedures to ensure residents’ health and comfort.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely medical records, charting all observations and treatments.
- Confidentiality: Protect resident privacy in compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Current LPN license in the State of New Jersey.
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred, but not required.
- Compassionate, dependable, and dedicated to resident well-being.
