Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with federal, state, local, and facility regulations
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing to ensure high-quality resident care
- Order necessary medications, supplies, and equipment
- Follow individualized care plans tailored to each resident’s needs
- Perform wound care and related treatments
- Document observations, interventions, and outcomes accurately and thoroughly
- Maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA, respecting the rights of residents, families, and staff
- Valid LPN license in the State of New York
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred
