Shifts: 12-hour Day and Night Shifts Available

Pay Rate: Up to $33 per hour

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Resident-Focused Care: Administer medications, treatments, and supplies with accuracy, compassion, and attention to detail.
• Individualized Care Plans: Provide personalized nursing care based on residents’ unique needs and health conditions.
• Clinical Expertise: Perform wound care, treatments, and nursing procedures to promote optimal health and comfort.
• Accurate Documentation: Maintain thorough and precise records of observations, interventions, and outcomes.
• Confidentiality: Protect resident privacy in accordance with HIPAA and facility standards.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Active LPN License in the state of Florida.
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred, but not required.
• Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication skills.
