Key Responsibilities
- Source, recruit, and screen healthcare professionals for open positions
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive outreach and networking
- Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Guide candidates through the hiring process from initial contact through onboarding
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, facility leaders, and hiring managers
- Match candidates with opportunities aligned with their skills, experience, and career goals
- Maintain accurate candidate records within recruiting systems and databases
- Meet recruitment goals and performance metrics in a high-energy environment
- Collaborate with team members to support company growth and staffing initiatives
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience required
- Healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with excellent time-management abilities
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive mindset
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
