Responsibilities
- Oversee all building maintenance operations, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, generators, and general repairs
- Supervise and schedule maintenance staff
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety, compliance, and proper equipment function
- Maintain repair, inspection, and warranty records
- Coordinate preventative maintenance and facility improvements
- Respond to maintenance emergencies as needed
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety and regulatory standards
- Previous maintenance management experience required
- Skilled nursing facility experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of building systems and preventative maintenance
- Excellent leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
