Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of facility maintenance and plant operations
- Coordinate daily department operations and ensure regulatory compliance
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment, systems, and facility grounds
- Supervise maintenance staff scheduling, assignments, and training
- Maintain repair logs, inspection records, warranties, and compliance documentation
- Ensure adherence to all safety standards and facility regulations
- Manage repairs, preventative maintenance, renovations, and emergency response needs
- Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience
- Prior supervisory or management experience required
- Nursing home or healthcare maintenance experience preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance systems preferred
