Responsibilities:
- Prepare delicious meals for residents and staff, following recipes, production sheets, and meal schedules.
- Maintain strict adherence to food handling, sanitation, and storage guidelines.
- Keep detailed temperature logs to ensure food safety.
- Contribute to a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Minimum of one year of experience cooking in a skilled nursing facility or hospital setting (preferred).
- Proficiency in cooking a variety of foods in large quantities.
- Familiarity with cooking equipment and various culinary techniques.
- Knowledgeable in infection control procedures.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to read and follow instructions.
