Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Admissions Department to coordinate new resident arrivals.
- Prepare rooms for new residents, ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assemble and deliver welcome baskets for residents.
- Greet and escort new residents to their rooms while providing a warm, supportive introduction to our facility.
- Address resident concerns by responding to call bells, listening attentively, and ensuring follow-up.
- Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and staff, promoting a positive community spirit.
- Support administrative and admission-related tasks, including room changes, follow-up forms, and discharge preparations.
- Provide tours and assist with resident council meetings as needed.
- Monitor and schedule smoking sessions as required.
- Communicate effectively with administrative staff via daily progress reports.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience (preferred).
- Nursing home experience (preferred).
