Your Role as a CNA:

- Promoting Comfort & Safety: Monitoring residents’ physical and emotional well-being and responding to changes with care and attentiveness.
- Fostering Connections: Building meaningful relationships with residents and families, creating trust and a true sense of belonging.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensuring residents’ rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and sanitary.
- Accurate Documentation: Recording and reporting changes in residents’ conditions and care plans to support effective teamwork.
- Collaborating with the Team: Working alongside nurses and healthcare staff to deliver individualized, holistic care.
- Enhancing Quality of Life: Engaging residents in activities that support physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of New York.
