Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and meal assistance.
- Assist residents with safe transfers and mobility.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and healthy environment throughout the facility.
- Accurately document care provided and changes in residents’ conditions using appropriate logs and forms.
- Support the nursing team by fostering a warm, respectful, and team-focused atmosphere.
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Florida
- Strong work ethic, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping others
- Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
