Key Responsibilities
- Promote a safe, supportive environment that prioritizes high-quality resident care
- Lead, mentor, and supervise nursing staff to ensure clinical excellence and best practices

- Serve as a key liaison between nursing staff and facility leadership

- Oversee and participate in weekly wound rounds

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) setting
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
