Salary: $130,000-$135,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

• Promote a safe, healthy workplace that supports exceptional resident care.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise nursing staff to achieve clinical excellence.
• Act as a liaison between nursing personnel and facility leadership.
• Address and resolve nursing-related issues efficiently and effectively.
• Attend and oversee weekly wound rounds.
• Support compliance efforts and actively participate in facility surveys.
• Maintain open communication with staff, physicians, residents, and families.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care setting.
• Strong leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
