Title: UX designer
Location: Washington DC (Onsite)

Job Description:
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience with Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or similar field, or equivalent work experience
- Usability Analyst certification desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Understanding of the trade-offs between optimum user experience and technical, information security, and business constraints, and ability to propose appropriate compromises
Experience in:
- Experience in user experience design for platforms or during platform implementation is an advantage.
- Envisioning the user experience for multiple enterprise applications with complex business needs
- Experience with Figma is important
- Connecting dots and bringing a cohesive experience across deliverables produced in different project tracks
- Managing multiple projects from a UX perspective, being responsible for adherence to standards, for the timely and quality delivery of artifacts
- Basic experience with other Prototyping tools, HTML/CSS & Photoshop is a plus
