JD:
- Create complex 3D part, sheet metal, weldment, and assembly models using Siemens NX.
- • Develop detailed manufacturing and engineering drawings compliant with ASME Y14.5 standards and company design practices.
- • Perform top-down and bottom-up assembly design for large and complex product structures.
- • Implement Model-Based Definition (MBD) and Product Manufacturing Information (PMI) methodologies.
- • Create parametric, associative, and configurable models to support efficient design updates and reuse.
- • Deliver hands-on NX training to engineering teams while explaining equivalent Creo workflows and design approaches. like (how to create skeleton & shrink-wrap)
- • Develop NX modeling standards, templates, best practices, and training materials to drive consistent CAD methodologies.
- Support Engineering change from BOM and drawings standpoint
- Create and manage electrical harness, cable routing, and piping designs using Siemens NX Routing modules
