Duties

• Define and communicate product strategy for AI-driven solutions, aligning with overall business objectives and market trends.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions, translating stakeholder needs into detailed specifications for AI features and functionalities.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to develop scalable AI models, APIs, and integrations within cloud environments such as AWS.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle using Agile methodologies like SAFe and Scrum, ensuring timely delivery through tools like Jira, VersionOne, TFS, and Microsoft Project.
• Oversee system development lifecycle (SDLC) processes, including analysis, design (using UML and wireframing tools like Balsamiq), testing (including user acceptance testing), and deployment.
• Coordinate stakeholder communication across technical and non-technical teams to ensure clarity on project scope, progress, and outcomes.
• Utilize analytics platforms such as Looker and data analytics techniques involving SQL and data-driven decision making to optimize product performance.

Experience

• Proven experience in product management roles within technology environments focusing on AI or machine learning products.
• Strong understanding of software development processes including Agile software development, Waterfall, and project management methodologies like SAFe.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and familiarity with IT infrastructure components supporting SaaS solutions.
• Technical proficiency in programming languages like Java, HTML, SQL; experience working with APIs; knowledge of databases and system integration.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment involving software development, data analytics, and stakeholder management.
• Skilled in requirements design, wireframing (using Balsamiq), test case creation, and user acceptance testing procedures.
• Excellent communication skills with a track record of collaborating effectively with engineering teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership.

Pay: $65.00 - $68.00 per hour
