Job Description Summary
Exalt Academy is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent. This role provides high-level administrative support by managing the Superintendent’s calendar, facilitating hiring processes, maintaining employee files, and coordinating event planning at the district level. The ideal candidate is highly organized, discreet, and able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the efficiency of the Central Management Office (CMO).

Qualified Candidates Must:
- Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills
- Have experience in office administration, HR coordination, or executive support

Duties Include:
- Review and organize new employee files; ensure accurate onboarding documentation
- Facilitate and track background checks for all new hires
- Coordinate the hiring process, including job postings, candidate communication, and interview scheduling
- Manage the Superintendent’s calendar, appointments, and correspondence
- Support district event planning led by the Central Management Office (CMO)
- Assist with recordkeeping, scheduling, and administrative follow-up to ensure compliance
- Serve as a professional point of contact for staff, candidates, and external partners
Education & Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate degree or equivalent experience considered
- Experience in human resources, executive assistance, or administrative support strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
