Job Description Summary
Exalt Academy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Academic Operations Coordinator to support the Director of Teaching and Learning in advancing academic excellence across all campuses. This role provides critical operational and data management support to ensure professional development, instructional planning, and curriculum systems run effectively. The Academic Operations Coordinator plays a key part in helping principals, academic coaches, and teachers focus on instruction by streamlining the systems that support student learning.

Qualified Candidates Must:
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Google Suite (especially Sheets) for data aggregation, tracking, and reporting

Duties Include:
- Support and monitor teacher licensure obtainment processes
- Manage and aggregate academic data for analysis and instructional planning
- Track and maintain records for professional development participation and completion
- Provide operational support for academic events and training
- Assist in managing and distributing curriculum materials across campuses
- Maintain accurate records and systems to support the Director of Teaching and Learning’s work with:
- Professional development plan design and facilitation
- PLC oversight and scheduling
- Academic grant management
- Master scheduling
- Coaching systems and academic leadership support
Education & Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required (education, administration, or related field preferred)
- Experience in school operations, academic coordination, or administrative support strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms) required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
