What You Will Do
- Coach and support supervisors to grow as leaders
- Guide employee development and performance conversations
- Help managers navigate staffing, hiring, and retention with excellence
- Support engagement, training, and workforce initiatives
- Serve as a trusted resource for employee relations and organizational growth
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by recommending HR best practices.
- Leverage the HCM (Paylocity) to review workforce data and analyze trends in order to support proactive HR strategies.
- 5–7 years of broad HR experience (Generalist/Manager level), including coaching, staff development and employee relations.
- Strong communicator and relationship-builder.
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR systems (Paylocity preferred).
- Practicing Catholic with a commitment to EWTN’s mission.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
