Responsibilities
Supervise daily job site operations and field personnel
Coordinate work activities to keep projects on schedule
Enforce all safety policies and OSHA requirements
Perform quality control inspections and ensure work meets project specifications
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and field crews
Complete daily reports using a smartphone, tablet, or laptop
Identify and resolve job site issues promptly
Maintain a professional presence while leading crews
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Construction Project Supervisor, Superintendent, or Foreman
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable completing reports electronically
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
Reliable transportation
Strong commitment to safety and quality
TWIC Card required, or proof that a TWIC application has been submitted
