Job Summary
We are seeking two dependable Maintenance Technicians to join our team in Artesia, NM. This position focuses on general maintenance and basic repairs around the facility. The ideal candidate will have solid handyman skills and be comfortable fixing everyday maintenance issues such as door hardware, brackets, and other minor repairs.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance and repair tasks throughout the facility
Repair or replace items such as door knobs, brackets, fixtures, and similar hardware
Identify and troubleshoot minor maintenance issues
Complete routine repair requests in a timely manner
Maintain tools and equipment used for maintenance work
Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and safe
Assist with other general maintenance tasks as needed
Qualifications
Previous handyman, maintenance, or facilities experience preferred
Basic knowledge of tools, hardware, and general repair methods
Ability to diagnose and complete minor repairs independently
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable, punctual, and dependable
Requirements
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and move materials when needed
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb during the workday
Comfortable using ladders and maintenance tools
